Victoria Allergy and Asthma Clinic was established in 1980 by Gullapalli K. Rao, MD and joined by Robert E. Harvey, MD in 1983. Dr. Harvey and Dr. Rao have over 60 years combined experience treating and managing allergy, asthma, and immunologic-related diseases. Since its inception, Victoria Allergy and Asthma Clinic has remained the only clinic within Victoria and the surrounding counties with physicians who are Board Certified in Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. In conjunction with the physicians, Beverly Haliburton, APRN, FNP and Susan Hall, PA-C work to provide the best possible care for the patients.
